True North Hydration is a Calgary-based company. We take your privacy seriously. This policy outlines what information we collect and how we use it.
01 · Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us or join our waitlist — such as your name, email address, gym name, and phone number. We do not collect any information automatically beyond standard server logs and the anonymous, cookieless page-view counts described below.
02 · How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, keep you informed about True North Hydration's launch, and improve our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
03 · Data Storage
Contact form and waitlist submissions are processed on our Cloudflare hosting and delivered to our inbox by email through our email provider, Resend. Waitlist signups (your email and, if you give it, your first name) are also kept in a private list on Cloudflare and in a private Google Sheet so we can tell you when we launch. Partner access requests are stored securely on Cloudflare so we can review them and keep track of approved partners. We retain this data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
04 · Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. Your browser stores your light/dark theme preference and, for approved partners, your partner access key; neither is used for tracking.
05 · Your Rights
You may request deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time. To do so, email us at hello@truenorthhydration.com.
